With over 5.6 million members (and counting!), our Member Operations team play a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and make sure every interaction our members have with us feels simple, supportive and personal. They’re the friendly first point of contact for our community, whether that’s through LiveChat, social channels, email, or our customer support system.
From guiding new members through the application process, to helping with lost cards or accessing offers, they’re answering everyday queries and are experts at making sure our members feel supported every step of the way. They remove the hassle so our members can focus on what really matters: enjoying the benefits they deserve.
