Sick pay
Company sick pay is payable from the first day of your sickness absence and is equal to your full basic salary if you have up to 4 weeks off sick.

Enhanced parental leave
We offer enhanced pay for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave of 26 weeks at full pay, plus partner leave of 6 weeks full pay. We also offer up to 12 weeks of enhanced paid leave for neonatal care.

Time off for dependents
We know the circumstances around taking time off for dependents can be tricky – and often last minute. We offer up to 5 days of paid leave for dependent related emergencies, as well as 5 days of paid leave for planned time off to support or care for any dependents with long-term care needs.

Fertility treatment leave
We offer 10 days of paid leave per year for colleagues undergoing fertility treatment or supporting a partner through it. This covers appointments, procedures and recovery time, because we know this journey takes time, energy and care.

Gym
The physical and mental health of our colleagues is vital, so we have a state-of-the-art gym, with shower and changing facilities (of course) and we run free HIIT and stretch classes each week.

We deliver mental health awareness sessions and training for mental health first aiders. We run activities for Mental Health Awareness Week, such as on-site massage therapy and give hints and tips on how to look after your mental wellbeing.
