Our Culture
The Blue Light community goes above and beyond for us every day, sometimes putting their own health and wellbeing in jeopardy to do so. We understand the toll this can take.
The people that put us first can’t always put themselves first. They deserve a safe space, and support when they need it. The Blue Light Card Foundation exists to empower all those who work, volunteer, or have worked, in our community.
We give life-enhancing local and national projects the backing they need, through grants, to support the wellbeing of this incredible community. By being there for the Blue Light community and providing moments of reflection and connection, they can continue to be there for us.
We seek to recruit people with a combination of talent, skills and potential and promote equality for all.
