The central purpose of the legal team is to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements ensuring accountable decisions are taken at the right level and function within our business and that those making decisions are suitably informed about the level of legal risk. The legal team provide legal advice and guidance across a wide remit and support with documentation preparation and drafting, managing any litigation risk.
