Our members are at the heart of Blue Light Card and our Member Services team are there to ensure our member's have the best possible experience. 

We have over 3 million members today, and our Member Services team support our members through LiveChat, social channels, e-mail and our customer relationship management system.

Member Services provides help and advice on a range of queries such as eligibility, identification checks, lost cards and accessing offers.
