The People Team is responsible for creating an environment that attracts, retains, supports, engages, and develops top talent.
The People Team are split into four functional teams, who closely collaborate;

The functional teams
Talent Acquisition
The TA team look after all things recruitment related. We manage both internal and external recruitment campaigns, provide insights and expertise on acquiring top talent, and develop strategies to attract high-quality candidates while sourcing diverse talent in creative ways.
People Operations
People Operations manage all people-related processes. We handle day-to-day queries, provide advice and guidance on policies and procedures, and support managers with any people-related concerns. We’re also responsible for managing colleague benefits, running Payroll, keeping records up to date in our people systems, as well as overseeing office and facilities management.
People Partnering
Our People Partners work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver departmental people plans aligned with the wider people strategy. They act as trusted advisors to senior leaders and managers, collaborating to develop and implement strategies that support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and reward and recognition.
Development and Engagement
The Development and Engagement team support all development needs – training, coaching, and mentoring. They own our Growth Progression Framework, lead and support performance management processes, and maintain our learning platform, Thrive. The team also oversee internal communications and drive colleague engagement across the company.
