We’re looking for an experienced partnerships professional to join our Motoring, Money, Insurance & Bills team as a Senior Partnerships Manager. You’ll take ownership of a category within MMIB, splitting your time between developing new business and maximising the performance of existing relationships.
This is a role with real scope – you’ll shape strategy, build high-impact partnerships, and deliver growth, with opportunities to develop further as the team and business continue to expand.
What You’ll Do

- Shape and deliver partner-level strategies that drive growth, from negotiating stronger commercial agreements to exploring new distribution opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations with both new and existing providers, balancing a member-first approach with BLC’s business goals
- Report and share insight on pipeline activity, KPIs, and revenue performance, using data to inform decision-making and spot opportunities
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Product) to design and deliver joint campaigns that increase engagement and uptake
- Use insight and performance data to recommend improvements to products, partnerships, and campaigns
- Partner with the Director of FS&I and Legal to ensure all activity is compliant with FCA and other regulatory frameworks, helping to identify and manage potential risks
- Support the Director of FS&I in shaping and executing the MMIB strategy
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in partnership or account management with strong business development skills, gained in Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Comparison Sites, or another regulated, commercially complex industry
- Commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating high-value agreements and driving growth through partnerships
- Good understanding of financial services regulation (FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR) or the ability to quickly get up to speed in a regulated environment
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted, collaborative partnerships
- Experience working closely with product and technology teams to shape and deliver digital solutions that enhance member experience and partner performance would be desirable
- A data-informed approach, using insight and KPIs to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with an ownership mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
