Revenue Operations Manager
Blue Light Card. Individually great, together unstoppable
The Role and the Team
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Revenue Director. This is a hands-on, mid-level role where you’ll be at the forefront of driving performance – streamlining operations, generating actionable insights, and building scalable, self-serve reporting infrastructure to unlock growth.
Our Revenue team is small but mighty, and sit right at the heart of the trading and performance engine. Far from a back-office function, they maximise commercial impact across the business, owning reporting, analysis, automation and process optimisation across the commercial function, and make sure every action is informed by clear insight.
What You’ll Do
- Manage trading performance and reporting, ensuring we’re on track, avoiding unforced errors, and spotting opportunities early
- Optimise internal reporting structures and workflows to reduce friction, improve transparency, and enable faster decision-making
- Build, evolve and maintain dashboards, models and scorecards that put performance data at our fingertips
- Work with developers to maximise automation and unlock greater value from our CRM
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities, prioritise projects, and track progress against targets
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and partnerships teams to evaluate campaign performance and support tactical optimisation
- Encourage the use of AI and automation tools to streamline recurring tasks and free up the team to focus on growth
- Support ad hoc commercial projects and strategic reviews, providing insight to help shape recommendations
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a RevOps or similar commercially-oriented operations or analytics role, ideally in a fast-paced digital or marketplace environment
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in business modelling, dashboards, and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker or BigQuery
- A good understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and a passion for automating processes and leveraging AI to unlock insights
- A strong quantitative foundation, whether through formal study, professional consulting experience, or hands-on analytical work
- A proactive, self-starting approach: motivated, considered, and committed, applying first-principles thinking to solve problems
- Collaborative and coachable, with a growth mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
