The Role and the Team
Our partnerships team manage the relationship and lifecycle of our partners, supporting them throughout their journey to provide valuable and timely offers to our members.
We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join us to develop and maximise relationships with existing partners across fashion, beauty and sports brands, ensuring we can continue to provide exclusive discounts to our members for the brands they love.

What You’ll Do
- Account manage national retailers for designated categories e.g. fashion, beauty and sport & fitness, building relationships over the phone, video call, and in person to better understand our partners needs
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, optimising partner performance and negotiating stronger offers vs our defined competitor set
- Draw insights from data to guide growth, through identifying new opportunities and demonstrating the benefits of Blue Light Card, up-selling the company and brand
- Plan marketing activity and acquire seasonal discounts for our members
- Manage contract renewals and renegotiation of commercials
- Work collaboratively with other departments to fulfil the account strategies
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or transferable skills from a sales background
- Proven success in relationship building and growing accounts commercially
- Demonstrated success negotiating commercial contracts
- Ability to understand and interpret sales data and consumer insights to suggest new initiatives
- A growth mindset with the ability to work at pace to meet or exceed targets
- A collaborative approach, actively contributing to team and cross functional efforts, valuing the power of working together to achieve shared goals
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing would be advantageous
